Lenovo Tab 7 with 4G LTE launched in India at Rs 9,999

NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker Lenovo has expanded its product lineup with the launch of company's latest budget tablet. Dubbed Lenovo Tab 7, the device comes with 4G LTE and is priced at Rs 9,999. The Android tablet will be exclusively available on Flipkart in Black colour option.
In terms of specifications, the Lenovo Tab 7 features a 6.98-inch HD display with 1280x720 pixel resolution. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with Mali-T720 GPU.

The tablet sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera for video calling. Weighing 260 grams, the device is backed by a 3500mAh battery. On the connectivity front the tablet offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG.

Recently, Lenovo-owned Motorola also launched its Moto Tab in US. This tablet will be available starting November 17 at a price tag of $299.99.

The Moto Tab sports a 10.1-inch full HD IPS display with 1080x1920p resolution and has a soft-touch back for a premium look and feel. It is powered by a 2.0GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 2GB RAM. In terms of storage, it has 32GB internal memory and has a microSD card support of up to 128GB. The tablet runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and is backed by a 7000mAh battery. It comes with dual speakers with Dolby Atmos and has a fingerprint sensor that allows up to 7 profiles along with USB Type C for fast charging.


The Moto Tab comes with a multi-user mode including TV Mode that allows to quickly access favourite shows, movies and content in a single swipe from either home screen or lock screen. There is also a Kids Mode where children can only view curated content and approved websites, all controlled by the tablet's built-in parental tools
